Spanish Immersion Summer Camp 2008

CommuniKids will once again offer its very popular Spanish Immersion Summer Camp at our DC / Tenleytown location.   In 2008, we will offer nine one-week sessions for children ages 3-6.

What a perfect chance for your children to experience traditional summer camp fun – outdoor play, water play, music, arts and crafts – in a Spanish-language immersion setting!

Our camp will be staffed by our professional, skilled, and caring CommuniKids teachers and will be held at our DC / Tenleytown location, in Wisconsin Avenue Baptist Church, with access to our fun-filled classrooms and outdoor playground.

Camp dates for 2008:

Week 1: June 23-27

Week 2: June 30-July 3 (4-day week, reduced tuition)

Week 3: July 7-11

Week 4: July 14-18

Week 5: July 21-25

Week 6: July 28-Aug 1

Week 7: Aug 4-8

Week 8: Aug 11-15

Week 9: Aug 18-22

Age groups and camp times:

3-4 & 5-6 year olds:

Half-day session: 9 AM -12 PM, Monday – Friday

Cost:            $210.00 / week (Optional “lunch bunch,” 12 to 1 PM: $50.00 / week)

Full-day session: 9 AM to 3 PM, Monday – Friday

Cost:            $350.00 / week

Please note that all campers must be toilet-trained.  Full-day and lunch-bunch campers should also bring their own lunch and water to camp every day.  A detailed welcome packet, with teacher information, sample schedule, deposit and payment information, and health forms will be mailed out to all registrants in late April / early May.
